STARLIGHT WHO BOUGHT OFFICIAL FANCLUB MEMBERSHIP, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN YOUR LEVEL UP TO ST★RLIGHT IN FANCAFE, NOW YOU HAVE A 2ND CHANCE TO GET LEVEL UP!!!
ST★RLIGHT 5TH 2nd LEVEL UP SCHEDULE:
NOW to April 8 6pm KST
Submit "2nd Level Up Application" on [별다섯★2차 등업신청] (Application Apply) board
After April 8 6pm KST
No new application will be accepted on [별다섯★2차 등업신청] (Application Apply) board
The staff will only process applications that are moved to [별다섯★2차 등업리턴] (Application Return) and need to be fixed
April 11 - Deadline!!!!
If your application has mistake and moved to [별다섯★2차 등업리턴] (Application Return), you need to correct it asap and make sure you get level up to ST★RLIGHT all right by the deadline
The staff WILL NOT PROCESS any "2nd Level Up" matters after April 11 2018
Before proceed to the tutorial, please make sure your nickname fits guidelines - CLICK HERE, and your profile is set up properly - CLICK HERE (These two factors will also affect your level up)
★2ND LEVEL UP INSTRUCTION★
On PC
Go to menu, under [ST★RLIGHT 별다섯] category,
click "ST★RLIGHT 5th 2nd LEVEL UP APPLICATION"
Enter the following personal info in the box:
Your Real Name (the one you used when purchasing the membership)
Birth YEAR MONTH DAY (8 digits YYYYMMDD)
Date of Purchase (8 digits YYYYMMDD)
Your phone number (the one you used when purchasing the membership)
Melon Ticket ID (Since global site user doesn't have ID, please enter the email that you used to open Melon Ticket Account. ie. the email you use to log in)
Please follow the format EXACTLY:
Real Name, (birth) YearMonthDay, (purchase) YearMonthDay, Phone Number, Melon Tick ID (email)
Then take screenshot or photo of your Melon Ticket "My Ticket" page, and attach to your application. The text and info on the screenshot or photo has to be clear enough to read.
PLEASE!!!! Double check your info!!!!!!!
Then click the lock icon to set your application to PRIVATE.
Click 등록 to submit.
ON DAUM CAFE APP
**The new update version 3.7.2 (Mar 28) of DAUM CAFE APP offers ENGLISH for overseas users. Please update your app if you haven't. If you don't see English on your app, just follow the instruction. The position of buttons are the same**
If your "2nd Level Up Application" is approved, it will show up on [별다섯★2차 등업완료] (Application Complete) board and you'll see your level change to ST★RLIGHT.
If your application is rejected, it will show up on [별다섯★2차 등업리턴] (Application Return) board, which means you have incorrect info, format or fancafe setting, or your nickname doesn't follow rules. (The staff process the application pretty quick, so please check back your application often)
Because you have set your own post PRIVATE, only you and the staff can see the content of your application, it should be very easy to spot where your post is. You should also see the staff's comment about what the issue is. Then please fix it accordingly.
If your nickname was the issue, change your nickname in your profile, then reply the staff comment to tell them you have changed the nickname. (Writing English is ok)
**I personally never had to do a 2nd Level Up, I can only tell you the theory and show you what it MIGHT look like coz I don't have any sample to demonstrate. If you have question, or not sure what went wrong, please contact me**
