only if you DO NOT have VIXX OFFICIAL FANCLUB MEMBERSHIP**
If you're in Level ☆ on fancafe, you can only access a very limited of content and not allowed to make any post. Do you want more access on VIXX Fancafe? Then you need to submit an application to level up to ☆☆.
HOW TO SUBMIT VIXX FANCAFE LEVEL UP APPLICATION
This is my personal experience and the exact steps I took while submitting level up application. My application got approved on THE FIRST TRY ^^ So please read the instruction thoroughly and follow it step by step.
Don't worry. It's actually much easier than you thought ^^
**First of all, due to the fact that level up application requires certain text formatting, it can only submit via PC. Daum Cafe app doesn't support text formatting functions**
Before we start filling out the application, there's 2 things you need to check:
1. Your fancafe nickname is following all the rules.
2. Make sure your fancafe info are set to VISIBLE TO ADMIN, and you allow receiving all EMAIL and DIRECT MESSAGE.
OKAY! You're ready to go!!
Go to the menu column on the left, under [Level Up] click 등업신청 (Level Up Application)
Let's open this page to get ready.

Before proceed to the next step, please compare THIS SAMPLE to your own
and see if you have all answers and format done right.

In case you need to make change to the application after submitting, find your post on 등업신청 (Level Up Application) board, open it. Click 수정 (Modify) on the top, then make changes as needed.
When it's done, click 수정 (Modify) at the bottom to save the change.
After you submit the application, all you do is wait for the result. Fancafe staff process level up application every WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY. Depends on how many people are applying, it usually takes one to two weeks to get result.
LEVEL UP APPLICATION REJECTED
If your application is rejected, it will be moved to 등업리턴 (Level Up Return) board. You won't get any notification about it, so make sure to keep your eyes on that board on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY. If your application shows up there, you will also see what the issue is that caused it to be rejected. Then you have to go back to 등업신청 (Level Up Application) board and submit the application all over again from Step 1.

The staff will leave a comment under your post and point out which question(s) got the wrong answer.

LEVEL UP APPLICATION APPROVED
Keep your eyes on your level status on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY. If your application is approved, you'll see the level status changed from ☆ to ☆☆.

Except ST★RLIGHT boards, you now have access to all other boards in fancafe.
