VIXX member's all has very decent English skills, but still, English is a foreign language to them. A whole essay of English would be too tiring for them to read. So I would suggest international Starlight please try to keep your post short and easy to understand. If you have a lot to say, divided it into multiple posts, or post on multiple days. There's no limit of how many time you can post anyway, so pace yourself .
Here I pick two boards that international Starlight will be most interested and easy to participate in as examples:

If you want to attach photos in your review, click the attach photo icon, then you'll see this.

In case you wanna make change to your post after submitting, go to your post, click the 수정 (modify) button on the top, then make the changes.
When done, click 수정 (modify) at the bottom of the post.
If you somehow can't find your post, on PC, just go to the home page, and click 내 정보 (My Profile), then 내가 쓴 글 (The Posts I wrote). You should see all the post you wrote listed there.
On DAUM CAFE app, go to menu, click your nickname/profile pic. You should see all you posts listed there.
